Nardos has led the audit and IFRS conversion projects of big companies engaged in finance, manufacturing, agriculture, mining, oil and gas supply, construction, hotel and tourism, and retail businesses.

Birhanu is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Moreover, he has managed, as a Finance Manager, the finance department functions of various companies.
